FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
When does exclusivity apply?
Camp exclusivity begins at 75 campers. Groups under 75 may share the facility with another camp.

Are waivers required?
Yes. All campers using the ropes course must have a completed waiver on file.
​
Is supervision required?
Yes. Active supervision by camp chaperones is required at all times.
​
What happens if damage is caused by campers?
Camps are financially responsible for any damage caused by campers to the facility, equipment, or furnishings.

How long is a typical visit?
Visits typically last 1–3 hours depending on group size.
​
Are lunch packages available?
Yes. Lunch package includes two slices of cheese pizza and one bottled water per camper. Chaperones are not included unless added to the headcount. Extra pizzas or bottled water can be added.
​
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, but a $75 outside food fee applies to bagged lunches.
​
When is final headcount due?
Two weeks before the event. This number becomes the minimum guaranteed billing amount.
​
Can we add campers on the day of the visit?
Only if space allows. No guarantee.
​
How are groups organized?
Group breakdowns are confirmed after final headcount is received to ensure structured flow.

Are deposits required?
Yes. A deposit is required at booking. Final payment is due on event day.
​
Is food available for purchase on-site?
No snack counter. Two vending machines available with limited snacks and drinks.
​
What is the arrival process?
Groups unload in the parking lot, then enter for orientation. A 30-minute window is provided for check-in and briefing. Late arrival reduces activity time.

Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking for all camp vehicles.
